This Website forms part of the activities carried out by CEEI Asturias to promote innovative entrepreneurship, attract talent, support start-ups and strengthen the business ecosystem of the Principality of Asturias.

It also governs the relationship between CEEI Asturias and users when they use the services, forms or functionalities available on the Website. Submission of an application or documentation through the Website does not entail any assignment of intellectual or industrial property rights to CEEI Asturias, without prejudice to the authorisations required for the assessment, management and monitoring of the Start in Asturias programme.
